Perp Markets
Read-only web pageWhat are perps?
Perpetual futures (perps) are derivatives that track an underlying asset's price with no expiry date. Funding payments between longs and shorts keep the perp price close to the underlying. Perps let you go long or short with leverage.
Can I trade perps on Higher?
Not yet. Higher perp pages are read-only market pages while the app supports spot Solana markets. Use these pages to monitor prices, funding, open interest, and market context.
What perp markets can I monitor?
Higher tracks Hyperliquid perp markets across crypto majors like BTC and ETH, stocks like NVDA and TSLA, commodities like gold and oil, plus indices and pre-IPO markets, each with leverage limits shown per market.
What is a funding rate?
Funding is a periodic payment between long and short positions that keeps a perp's price anchored to the underlying asset. On Hyperliquid funding accrues hourly: positive funding means longs pay shorts, negative means shorts pay longs.
What is open interest?
Open interest is the total value of all outstanding perp positions in a market. Rising open interest means new money entering the market; falling open interest means positions are closing.
Higher provides perp market information for educational and discovery purposes only. This page is not financial advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Perpetual futures are leveraged products: losses can exceed your initial margin and positions can be liquidated.
